From Coffee to Blue Corn Quesadillas ~ Food at the Spring Fair

One of our greatest pleasures at the Echo Park Craft Fair are the variety of hand-picked creators of artisanal food and drinks. Longtime favorite Canyon Coffee serves up earthy brews, and introduces their new location, Neighborhood Coffee. Alejandra’s Blue Corn quesadillas are handmade on the spot with delicious fillings. Purveyor of baskets, Alioune of Baobab Collectives, will now be serving traditional Senegalese food at the Connection. And there’s much more – take a stroll through the fair this weekend for delicious desserts, CBD chocolates, Moon Juice concoctions, and vegan Mexican food.
